I don't own a Fairy baby wand but the reviews make it seem like a good choice!!

I do not own the Spellbound so I cannot vote for that one. I do own the Fairy baby, but the vibes are just way too high pitched and buzzy to get me off. It is more of a gag gift (a very cute gag gift). I use it to chase my dog around. He hates the high pitched noise of the vibrations. Hope this helps.

I have never tried the Spellbound, but I have had a couple of Fairy Wands, and loved them. Not sure about the baby wand, but the others seem to be amazing.
