Not much of a difference really. At the end of the day, it can be a general purpose lube, but I found it gave a nice, thick glide; something I couldn't find in most water based lubes.

I have a question in regard to the tingling sensation offered by some lubes. Does it work on the breast or nipples? I've seen several reviews in regards to tingling creams and lubricants, but have yet to read any information to as if it tingles.
