do you need a lot of lube for this product because it is relatively matte and velvety in texture?

Not sure, but I would LOVE to see a review of this one. I'm sure that one will be posted sometime in the near future.

I do own a different Fun Factory toy, and if this uses the same kind of silicone, I'd say that it requires about an "average" amount of lube - not really more or less than my Tantus ones or other toys. The Yooo seems to be more for external than internal use, though, so I wouldn't think you'd need much at all. Those balls don't look particularly big or hard to insert if you so desired.

Hey girl next door, there's a review up now for this one as of today, but no, I wouldn't say you need much or really any lube for this. Like IndependentlyHappy said, it's mostly for external use so there's no need for much lubrication.

It's silicone, and nice velvety silicone at that, so depending on your personal level of arousal and the way your body is designed it might create a bit of drag on your skin (clitoris, clitoral hood). If that's the case just use a bit of water based lube.

Fortunately it's not the type of material that creates much rubbing or drag on your skin so you may be okay. I'd keep a bottle of lube handy just in case, For massage I'd definitely suggest something to help lubricate though.

I personally like the slight drag from velvety types of toys. A little lube never hurt though.

I don't have this in particular, but I do like to use a touch of lube with my fun factory toys. The silicone is soft and velvety, with a bit of drag. It just feels nicer with lube.
