I "knew everything" in middle school, but in high school I sort of actually figured everything out/learned more/experienced stuff for real!

I think most people are sexually aware at a very young age but whether we really understand what we're feeling or know what's going on isn't necessarily the case. I was sexually aware early on--meaning I recognized feelings of arousal but didn't always know what to do about them, what caused it, etc.--probably around the age of 10 or so, but I didn't have sex until I was 18 nor start to truly understand or enjoy my body and what I could do or what others could do until I was in my 20s.

I think I was 3 when I discovered that water coming out of the bath tub faucet felt awesome in certain places.
I learned about sex when I was 5 from the book "Where Did I Come From?" that my parents gave me.
