I am 39.......but how is 39 meant to feel. When I was 20 , 39 seemed quite old now I look back and its hard to believe I am that age.....I don't really feel any different mentally, physically 2 kids and gravity has taken hold but all in all I think 39 is pretty good.

I'm 32. I had both of my kids back to back when I was 19 & 20. I raised my brothers and in some ways I feel like their kids are my grandkids. Maybe it's because I felt so much older then, I feel like I'm actually able to sit back and relax now. I'm less stressed about things because I feel like I've got my life in order... so I actually feel... younger.

Sometimes I feel my age, sometimes I feel ancient and wise, like 50's-60's vs the 21 I am now. Most people that know me always say I act tenfold more mature and wise than most people in my age group, although let's just say the young adults in this town are closed-minded, spoiled entitled conservative arrogant brats that suck the life out of the grouchy angry rude baby boomers and their wealthy families with 16 year olds driving freakin Rolls Royces and 100,000 dollar Hummers down the street at a 100 clicks and a large number of the males acting like wannabe gangsters and the majority of females acting like Lady Gaga and drug-crazed hookers.
Yeah. I hate my city SO much :\
but anyways yeah I often feel older than I am, especially in the mind and eyes, and sometimes the back but I blame that on my weight and lack of exercise @.@

If you would have asked me this question between 2007 up until about six months ago I would have thought that I feel like 90 or something. But thats only because all of the surgeries and stuff that I had to go through to remove most of my guts from a war injury. But from that time to now I have gained about 75 pounds of muscle (I was down to like 130 lbs), and I feel as though I could do anything that I could have before the injuries. So now that I have been retired from the Army for a couple of years it has given me time to relax, get stronger and almost finish getting my masters. So I feel mentally and physically as young and strong as ever.

I feel a lot younger. I have been healthy my entire life and work out. I am told I look about 10 years younger than I am (really 48). When I'm with my SO, I feel like I'm in my 20's again (she is) and sometimes we even dip into our teens in behavior and thoughts!
