At what age do males reach their sexual peak?

Depends on the guy, his health....etc. I think many people believe men reach their peak in their early 20's because of how incredibly horny and wanting men at that age can be, but I think that has more to do with their infantile need to discover everything about sex they don't already know.
My husband has had a steady sex drive since he began having sex and it has neither decreased nor increased. (Two or three times a day is fantastic, but one will suffice.)

not sure how one defines "sexual peak". i am 40 and keep getting better. i am much better at sex than i was 20 years ago. i judge this by partner satisfaction.

Sexual peak is their 20's I believe.

In general refractory time defines a man's capacity for intercourse. Refractory time is the time it takes to achieve another erection after intercourse.
My personal experience is that as my testosterone levels decreased with age, my refractory time went from a few minutes as a teen or 20-something to nearly 12 hours in my early 50s.
After starting testosterone replacement things have stabilized. I can achieve another erection in about 10-15 minutes - but most of that time I'm not going to have a second orgasm. Multiple orgasms are rather rare (I'm nearly 60 now).
So - my vote is for a peak in my 20s - but thankfully it's still possible for us old guys to have frequent sex! We average 3-4x a week.

Clinically, men reach their sexual peak at the age of 18 while women are most fertile/productive at their mid to late 20's.
Sexual skill and ability continues to grow so long as you keep healthy and practice, practice, practice.
