I'm hoping some of you out there have tried more than one penis pump. I'd like to get one for my boyfriend because it's one of the few things we've just never tried and it would be new and interesting. He's ok with the idea but really doesn't know what to look for or what would work best for him. And seeing as I have no experience, and more importantly, no penis, I'm going to need some help here. From those of you that have either tried more than one or have tried one and think it's the best you could have chosen, what did you go with and what would you recommend?

I'm looking for a pleasurable effect, and something that's easy to use and good enough quality that it won't break or lose effect (does that happen?) after a few uses.

I have only tried one so I will be of little help but there are somethings I can suggest to help some. First I would look for something that has a soft base so that it does not dig into the base area of his tool. I got a short "sleeve" that allows a seal to the shaft, not the body. (does that make sense?) One that comes apart helps for cleaning, if water gets in the hose and bulb it may start to mold. Of course make sure it is big enough to fit him fully erect plus an inch or so. I have heard of guys getting an inch more length, I have never got more than half an inch though.

The one I tried has a full length sleeve that said it could be used for stroking but it did not do much for me, plus you can not see inside. I got mine just to try one out so I went with something cheaper to start and I am glad I did as it does not do much for me.

Took a look and thought I would give some ideas for your consideration.

Head coach pump comes with the small sleeve.
Measure up pump Comes with different size sleeve's.
Both are fairly cheap, that way if you do not like them it is not that big of a loss.

If nothing else this will ~bump~ it up for you.

Honestly I would stay away from ANYTHING that does that to a penis. My buddy use to do that with his girl and 1 year later at 23 he needs Viagra to get a hard on.
Now I can't honestly say it was the pump however nothing really changed but the fact he used it 3-4 times a week.
No added stress and no problems with the girlfriend (he works at my car lot so we talk a lot)

Just saying be safe and if any problems pop up stop.
