Yes, I've done them pretty much daily for as long as I can remember. I use some EF toys now (like the Aneros Tempo) but more often than not it's with nothing there, just contracting and relaxing my muscles.

I used to do thse every day. I think it actually produced some pretty awesome results for a while. Lately I've been slacking, however. I keep forgetting to do them nowadays.

I do them, just not as frequently I as should. I try to do them to help with maintaining a harder erection (60 years old, I need help where I can find it). I don't know if it helps but there is some stimulation if I do them hard enough, no pun intended.
