(Bah, I can't edit the options to correct misspellings)

I use the first three with the standard fist as my usual. I've never tried with two hands and the head rubbing was too sensitive for me to enjoy much.

Like you the first three are my usual. I also like to do the "whole hand" but reversed, that is your thumb is towards the base. This I what I use when I am in the mood for some strange.
