I'm 35, I've had my prostate examined last year. It's no big deal... With in like 15 seconds it's over with.
The doctor was like bend over and the finger was in to check things out!

It TOO is more then worth it. Sure beats dying of colon cancer. HANDS DOWN.

That makes it a no brainer. Get a Colonoscopy too, at some point. My father died of prostate cancer - so I've been getting prostate exams annually since 50. It's no big deal. The fact that I'm shaved use to be a source of discomfort - but we're both use it by now.

I have one every year and have had many as part of physicals for clinical trials for ED and/or BPH. Never been a big deal.

I had several prostate exams and they were no big deal. The first time though, was surprising because I didn't know what to expect. ( first time anything was up my butt)

My husband has had them. He always acts offended and silly when he gets home. "The doctor did a bad thing to me." Oh, for heaven's sake, try having a PAP smear or.... a baby and all the indignity that goes along with that!
He's overdue for one, and always has excuses not to go to the doctor. *sigh*
