This is kind of nasty, but I always have the weirdest questions. How would someone deal with hemorrhoids during anal sex? It would almost GUARANTEE to inflame them, wouldn't it? o.O

After two pregnancies I have to deal with that and they don't interfere as long as they aren't bothering me at that time. I don't find having anal sex bothers it either as long as I am well prepared

Cool to know. I have mild external ones but they seem to be easily irritated. I guess I'll just eat more fiber and such like wikipedia told me to. LOL

If you use plenty of lubrication and go super slow it can actually soothe them.

Yes, I have awful hemorrhoids. I eat fiber gummies to try and get the right amount of fiber!

Are hemorrhoids permanent? Once you get them they'll stay with you forever unless you attend a surgery? Or do they go away?
