VIAGRA (for men) or SILDENAFIL (for women)?

If you are interested in learning more about the "female viagra" I highly recommend watching Orgasm, Inc. It is on instant watch on Netflix (I'm the weird one who watches all the Netflix documentaries).

It kind of pissed me off at first for saying that female sexual dysfunction doesn't exist. What they were saying was that FSD was kind of invented by pharmaceutical companies to market a drug they know would sell well, because so many women have various sexual complaints.

All of the drugs that have been tested so far have shown inconclusive results. The "sugar pills" worked just as well as the actual product. Which suggests most of our problems are in our heads. The best "cure" would probably be going to a therapist.

I still think they should keep looking for a medicinal aide...maybe there is something out there that will work for some women. But they should really define FSD better and make it more publicly known. Most of the women featured in the documentary thought they had problems because they couldn't have sex from intercourse only, which is pretty normal.

Uh.... SILDENAFIL is nothing more than the generic name for Viagra. And (as I said in a previous post) Viagra (SILDENAFIL] has been proven not to work to help either female "arousal" or female orgasm.

Why are we still discussing this?

However, estrogen and testosterone supplements can help women who have either or both arousal and/or orgasm issues. Not only have these drugs been proven to work, but I can attest to the fact personally that estrogen supplements in women who have had orgasm issues due to peri-menopause works, as well.

I agree Orgasm Inc is an interesting movie, but I disagree that there is no such thing as female sexual dysfunction. If a woman can't get aroused, never feels like having sex, or can't or has a very difficult time finding her orgasm, it's a dysfunction.
