Not *that* often! Lol. Maybe once or twice a week and usually as foreplay with my partner. Sometimes not even once a week though and certainly not every day! Lol. I do not have time for that.

I aim for everyday. It doesn't always happen if I'm really busy or tired. Sometimes I get twice a day in and sometimes three if I use my favorites with my husband.
