We haven't found a cock ring that works well for us but I did have a chance to try Wet Together Pleasure Gels for Couples and the stuff for him did prolong ejaculation without making him numb.

I would suggest a cock ring for sex and maybe get him something like the Fleshlight STU or any other Fleshlight to practice more. The more he uses it and practices holding back, the longer he'll last with you.

We tried Not Gel Yet. At first he said it burned and than he said he was so numb he couldn't feel anything. So I went down to lick it off and my lips were very numb. Really odd feeling. No more of that one!

Our experience is that.. he really couldn't feel any sensation or lack there of because of the product which is great. It's really a negative thing whether he's completely numb or he's trying to focus on not cumming, so it was a good product for us.

The only one of these I've tried is Semenex - it's awful! It hardened into an unusable lump about 1 hour after opening it.

Viagra addresses ED (erectile dysfunction) not PE (premature ejaculation). Although I have found that Cialis actually helps with both ED & PE

Right now there are no PE drugs on the market - but I know there is at least one in clinical trials. Most people rely on kegels - which help both control and intensity (a 2-fer as they say) and delay creams - which in my mind isn't cool if it causes both of you to delay.
