Does your sex drive match your partner's?

I always thought that men were all about having sex, but it seems like my man has a much lower sex drive than I do. Makes me feel kind of unattractive. Anyone else been through this?

Our sex drives are pretty close together, however I orgasm a lot more, but he edges and has stronger ones.

My partner has a slightly higher sex drive than me but we've both had time periods where one or the other of us has had that happen. It just kind of varies. Usually it's not much of a problem though, unless one of us is really stressed and our sex drive is near zero.

I think mine is higher, but he's pretty good about making sure my needs feel met.

Mine is higher and it does tend to bother me. I can't handle no sex. Masturbation helps, but no much, however he tries. He works a lot (60+ hours a week lately), so it is understandable if he doesn't want to, but I want too all the time.

In most relationships one partner ends up being the high desire partner. Sometimes it works out that the high desire partner doesn't feel as wanted by the other partner and feelings get hurt. Society seems to expect that the male is the high desire partner and the female will be the low desire partner. So when it is the female in a traditional relationship who ends up being the high desire partner, she may be left feeling that something is wrong with her, or him, or their relationship. In reality this is normal and is more common than society says.

Ours are a pretty good match. We rarely turn the other down, and if we do it's generally because we aren't feeling well... which is fair.

Fortunately, my partner and I's sex drive is about the same.

Mine is higher too and it hella bothers me. I'm like this wanton sex slave and I can't get it as much as I want.

I know damn well it shouldn't make me feel this way, but sometimes it makes me feel undesirable regardless of what my good sense tells me- it's normal for people to not want sex as much as me.

I should have said yes, it's me who has the higher drive. Sometimes I feel really weird about it, but most of the time I'm fine about it. Being turned down does get old though!

I don't know if it's that mine is higher or the fact that he works 16 hours a day...but I find myself wanting sex more than he does. It does bother me...sometimes more than others.
