Mine's dead right now. :-/ But then stress has sort of taken over my life at the moment, so maybe it'll come back later. I know it loves to be loved and desired ... the possibility of something happening moves it into overdrive, so that's where the fantasy comes in. Just ... currently not in any situation for possibilities or affection. So it died. This is exactly what it felt like while I was married.

I put other because while I don't know what fuels my sex drive per say I know what shuts it down and that would be stress and frustration two things I have a lot of in my life right now. So the lack of those would be the best "fuel" I could get now.

Love and lust for my husband are probably the things that fuel my drive. However, more than those, is the trust we share and the feeling of being desired by him that really stokes the coals. I feel like I can say anything to him and that my heart is always in good hands where he is concerned. Last year, at 47 yrs old, I found out I had a low testosterone count and my sex drive seemed to be low. After hormone therapy, my count rose to the lower end of normal, but my sex drive did not improve. I realized that I was no longer attracted to my wife of 24 years and after struggling with our marriage for the past 11 years, we have ended it. Now, I have a new partner who excites me in all possible ways and my sex drive is through the roof. Oh, and I had my testosterone rechecked recently and found out it is now compeletly normal again...

I am just like that. I wish I wasn't! But that's how I'm hardwired, so I'll live.
