Depends if we are talking about ejaculatory or non-ejaculatory orgasm. Non-ejaculatory orgasm, have another orgasm (yay lack of a refractory period); ejaculatory orgasm, roll other and fall asleep (hello refractory period).

Most of the time one of us runs and grabs a towel then we wash up after wards and crawl in bed to cuddle. Sometimes we cuddle a bit then clean up. I am weird about making sure I pee right after we have sex to avoid UTI's (something my OB GYN suggested a long time ago).

I'm more likely to roll over and fall asleep than My. Mr., but usually I clean up first. It depends. Rarely we cuddle. We cuddle more before. It depends though. We're usually too tired to make it down stairs to eat.

I usually can't sleep if it's night time sex, and usually either lie there next to him, enjoying the endorphin buzzes, or get up and do something. Wash the toys, straighten up, fix the bed covers and sheets, wash myself off, take my meds, drink a LOT of water, and often, if it's early I'll go online or read.
Last night I feel asleep. Didn't even wash the Wahl. He's home on Christmas break and we've been at it twice a day or more, so I was exhausted.
