If I do it during the day I'll lie down for about 5 minutes, clean up, and then carry on my day feeling energized and positive. If I do it at night, I'll clean up and then go to sleep.

I definitely always pee right afterwards. I guess that falls under "clean up." I don't really care for orgasms, so they pretty much only come occasionally, during sex when I know it'll turn my partner on or if I am feeling sick, because the natural analgesics make me feel better. Either way, though, UTIs are not something that I enjoy.

Clean up a bit and then relax. Usually a baby wipe right away. I'll fully clean up after cuddling or just resting for a bit.
