When I was able to have sex after my car accident--I had severe vertigo. Sitting up was the best position since laying down made me dizzy. I had issues with anything that created a lot of movement and sudden position shifts. Try ones that allow your partner to basically stay in one position, be fairly inactive and NO sudden shifts or movements. (If it was as bad as mine, have a clean bucket by the bed for those moments they do too much!)

We agree. Mr suffers from Positional Vertigo every so often. He suggest Meclazine. It is available in an OTC chewable. But a bucket for certain.

Hopefully this is a temp situation. Vertigo is not fun.

My mom has vertigo. When it's really bad she doesn't have sex.

She uses the stuff you take before you get on a plane that I can't remember the name of. Something with a D I think? It's for motion sickness, but it works on vertigo as well.

On the rare occasions my wife has veritgo, sex is completely out the window. She vomits just by moving her head a 1/4".
