I have never had a condom break. And I was just curious how common it is for others. If they do break, do you find any common cause for that happening.

I'm apparently extremely tight so they break all the time unless I use magnums which have more leeway since theyre a bit bigger. Although that might be a bit unsafe since it has the potential to slip
