Where you ever tested for HIV/STDS/AIDS?

Every 6 months to a year, or when I change partners.

Also I have to get an HIV test when I apply for a Russian visa so that has happened twice (once last week!)

Also negative

Yup. Get it when I give blood and got it once when I started dating my new partner.

Never have been, and there's no reason for me to be. I don't engage in risky behavior that could be a cause of concern, so...it's never been an issue.

It honestly freaks me out how many people haven't been tested. I work with children and have to deal with bloody noses- and if some kid who has something because their mother had it- gets their blood in my paper cut that I haven't noticed...
I'd like to know via testing first. As for STDs- especially with so many people claiming cold sores aren't STI's when they are.. you should be checked regularly no matter what.

I test every year to be sure I'm clean. Master and me play with other people, and even though we practise safer sex it is WAY better safe than sorry, I think.

I have gotten tested many times, but I'm deathly afraid of having my blood drawn. Oh well, when I go on testosterone I'll just have to have my blood drawn... even more!

I get a pap smear and the basic blood test for STDs every 6 months since I was 16. You never know when you might catch something even if you're in a steady relationship. It's a great way to catch if your partner has been cheating too

In the military I was tested for HIV every year (and one unit made us go every six months). Now the only test I have done is my yearly pap, and that's only so I can keep getting my birth control prescription. My husband and I are both monogamous and clean, so there's no need for additional testing.

It's mandatory in the military, so yes he's been tested a few times now.

i think it's important to regularly get tested, especially after new partners but i've only gotten the HIV/AIDs test twice i think. I ALWAYS get tested for general STDs and STIs between partners.

When I was still hooking up with my (male) best friend for sex, I had myself tested every year, and for a couple of years after we stopped hooking up.

Yep! I was tested for pretty much everything under the sun when I turned 21, I haven't touched anyone else since but I'll probably get tested again for safety next time I get a check up.

Yes, I've been tested.. I was beyond nervous/scared! But when the results came back negative to everything, I was so happy and relieved!

Well since I donate blood, yes. Otherwise I wouldn't be tested.

Never been tested, but not because I'm afraid. There's just no need.
