I believe people should use condoms to help protect themselves from sexually transmitted diseases or infections and unwanted pregnancies. They also work well as a way to keep sex from being "messy" at all since they can catch all the semen in one convenient spot.

Because with all the diseases out there, NO other method offers ANY protection at all. Unless in a committed relationship, there is just TOO much risk, otherwise.

Especially for people with semen-sensitive skin from getting reactions/rashes.

To stop the spreed of diseases and stop unwanted pregnancies. Although I personally think you should not have sex with anyone you do not at least consider the possibility of having a child with. You never know what could happen even if you use protection
