After an Orgasm at first it gives me a very relaxing and almost high like feeling but then I feel perked up and awake. while my hubby just always feels tired after which I know is normal for guys, but is it normal for women to be more awake after then sleepy?

It will typically take me an hour or 2 to fall asleep after although I'm sure I've had a couple times I fell a sleep sooner but I'm just talking about majority of the time.

Generally I have no trouble at all falling asleep immediately after orgasm, occasionally I've felt similar to you and just been sort of wide awake but usually it's more of just a euphoric relaxed feeling which seems like a great way to drift off to sleep.

Orgasms make me feel more energized - though, whether or not I am in sub-space depends greatly on whether or not I could fall asleep after an orgasm. Though, for me, sub-space and orgasms aren't always combined. When they are though, I find it easier to get to sleep afterwards. Otherwise - I could jump up and clean the house.

I have no problem falling asleep immediately after orgasms, but I usually only rest a bit, then go clean myself and my toys up before my beauty sleep.

It truly depends. Sometimes I literally just pass out after an orgasm. Other times I am wide awake and want to keep going, hubby passes out immediately after. Makes me pissed because I tend to cum right after him,

Either. If it's with a partner it's more likely to make me want to stay in bed either to sleep or cuddle, but if it's alone, it often makes me more awake.

Mostly we've made love just before bed and have no problem going to sleep.

But more often now we do it during the late afternoon and go to dinner after. I swear people can tell - we must have that after orgasm glow!
