I recently noticed that I am getting red pimples on my butt. My theory is that I sweat a lot and my underwear doesn't let oxygen get to my ass. Leaving me with pimples. Does anyone have that?

I do like not a lot though but I get them real bad on my back and maybe 1 or 2 every once in awhile on my butt
