I don't know. I've heard, but think it would be hard to know. I mean if you didn't use protection and you are capable of conceiving then afterward you're probably going to have it in your mind that you may be so when the test shows positive you aren't so surprised. Psychic abilities, no. I do not believe you can feel that you are pregnant the second it happens. I do think you can know very soon after, even days! I don't believe that women can actually "feel" a baby inside them the very day they conceived though.
