enema?
Is it worth having an enema before anal play

If you use an enema bag with a nozzle, do you just use store bought or special nozzels for anal play?
Apparently there are a bunch of historic and antique nozzles for anal enema play, besides the cheap plastic black nozzle that comes with a drug store.

DO YOU USE ENEMAS before serious anal play? If so, what formula do you use?

Enema cleans out the poop tube, douche cleans out the vag. Dr.s say douching can introduce bacteria, therefore isn't safe to do. Not sure on enemas since I have never had one.

It's not so much that douching introduces bacteria (though it can happen). Rather, it cleans out the beneficial bacteria that help to keep the vagina healthy. Without that good bacteria, yeast and bad bacteria can take over and cause all kinds of nasty infections.

As far as I know, enemas don't cause any significant problems.

Definitely not interchangeable! My gynecologist recommends against douching - she says it is associated with increased infections and can do more harm than good.
