I've recently (in the past half a year) started exercising regularly outside my job (I walk/jog/hike 2-5 miles a day) and I haven't noticed any difference in either the frequency or intensity of my orgasms.

About 4 years ago I became an exercise fanatic, and I also noticed no difference in my sex life. I could maybe see if the exercising boosted your self confidence and made you more comfortable in bed, you may then be able to enjoy sex more. For my personal experience though, I have noticed no change.

Exercising makes me feel more awake and "alive," which often translates to wanting more bedroom activity. In that way, I suppose it helps with more...

Having better core body strength might also help with different positions that are otherwise difficult to achieve, so it could offer more intense sensation that leads to stronger orgasm. Worth a try, and exercise is good for you anyway.

I came to EF for the sole purpose of achieving climax for the first time. At a few weeks before my 30th b-day, I decided I was old enough to experience this. I READ everything about orgasms so I'll share a summary of what I read about exercise. I"M not a doctor or a nurse but this is my gatherings. When we exercise (especially cardio) we're allowing blood flow more easily to our bodies, helping our heart. If we're getting proper blood flow to our vital organs then it is easier to get more blood flow to our nether regions which is important for arousal and climax.

With that being said, it can't hurt.
Also, you can do kegel exercises which is supposed to increase the pc muscles which help with orgasms as well.
