Fake tits. Why does everyone hate them?

I don't find them attractive. In porn movies when the girl bends in a certain position she sort of has an unatural fold in the skin of her breast like you would see on a sack of milk. It looks really weird.

Personally though, if I were garanteed by a doctor that I would never have that effect I would probably get my breasts done to keep them perky if they changed considerably after having children.

Im actually in the process of losing weight. I like my tit size now but am worried I'll shrink too much. So the thought of getting implants has crossed my mind. The other big thing for me is - I want the breast skin and breasts to be lifted/firm again.
Does anyone know if there are any cases of breast cancer linked with implants??
And even if there is no cases, I still worry that they could heighten the risk if there has been any family history of breast cancer.

Alright, so a bit of backstory
I'm a big gal. I have decent sized breasts. If I lost the weight as my doc wishes, I will lose considerable mass from my breasts. I refuse to cope with having smaller breasts. I've lived with this size all my life ... More
I have 36DDD and I still want a lift and implants

My cousin had her boobs enlarged. She says it was a bad mistake and wishes she hadn't gotten her boobs enlarged.

They don't increase the risk of cancer, but do make it difficult to read a mammogram and do self exams.

Silicone and the more common saline implants (usually with silicone shells or plastic ones) are inert and the material doesn't cause cancer related or immune related health problems in the body. Please read the post I made a month or so ago, about encapsulation, migration and rupture earlier in the thread.
