I do them when sometimes at work or when I'm sitting at the computer at home. I also do them in class. Pretty much I do them whenever I think about it.
I have the Emigi to try with but for some reason they keep falling out/my body pushes them out. I have to sit with them in, can't walk, feel like I'm laying an egg. Does that mean my kegels are that weak?
I have the same problem. I was only able to keep it inside for about 15 minutes and it'll start slipping out. I don't have this kind of problem when I'm exercising with the Teneo Uno though. There might be 3 possibilities: 1. Tilted uterus (but the Emigi is designed for tilted uterus)??? 2. Elongated shape making it easy to slide. 3. Too much lubricant being released while wearing Emigi.
Kegaling while sitting at the computer is a natural. Especially if I'm on Eden. I'm thinking about my "Lady Parts" anyway, (when am I not?) and I'm sitting, and comfortable, so it just comes naturally.
There was not an option of not doing it, so I am just posting it here. I have been told by my doctor that I should. But I do not do any exercises. Just never really felt the need or want to I guess.

I was just wondering what other women out there did when it comes to Kegel exercises. There seems to be a tonne of different variations on how you choose to go about it, ranging from different lengths of time to hold the muscles for to different numbers of reps and different aids. I'd love it if you'd let me know what you do yourself and how many reps you do/how long you hold for/how long you release for. Also, I'd be interested to hear what you use as a memory trigger or what your established routine is?

Such an important, but easy exercise to do!
I also have had hubby try and pull the balls out (gently of course)-it definitely adds to the 'moment', and he has commented about how much resistance there is.
I wear mine to do housework!
I just got lelo's "pleasure beads" today! They're super fun, I've been wiggling my hips and thrusting a ton to make the interior weighted balls jump around. Whee!

i wanted Ben Wa Balls when i was 19 but couldnt find ne so i used what i had which were "stress reliver balls" they are metal and have little bells inside that make pesent noises when you roll them around your hands i started using those and i also bought a 1 pound dumbbell i put half way up inside,crouch down on my feet with my knees spread and flex my muscles first few times it was so heavy it fell right out but now i can hold it in while i walk around. i use that three tiems a week for an hour a time i might move onto a 2 pound weight if i can find one small enough!
I'm 100% unregimented about when I exercise my kegels. I'll remember randomly or if I find a discussion like this one and do it for a couple minutes, then forget. He hasn't complained though, so I hope it's often enough!
Important to start now, and even more important if you're worried about looseness after giving birth vaginally. I sometimes incorporate it into my workout while I'm at the gym.
I squeeze inward (the traditional way) and push outward as well, as I've noticed my muscles contract differently depending on the type of orgasm (former is clitoral, latter is vaginal).
@xcharitycasex wow that's really inspiring. I just do clenches for 5-10. and use the Loa balls for sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes 10 hours a day. There's zero effort to keep the Loa in, but I don't have to pee as much or urgently since using them, and it's easier to do the regular -ball-less exercises.
I do it randomly throughout the day every day. Basically whenever I remember it. If I remember during playtime then I'll use one of my graduated toys like you would with balls.
