How do you feel about the size of your breasts?

I promised myself that I'd get a boobjob at 13 because my right one is 3 sizes bigger than the left and I mean 3 FULL sizes! It's not nice looking and I've always wanted them fixed, but the BF really says he loves them how they are although I don't see why, but I would only want to fix them for him, not for me. I used to want it for myself when it became obvious to other kids at school and during the summer when we all stayed at the pool everyday. I caught serious crap over it, but now I only care what he thinks. I don't think they're pretty at all, but he insists they are to him and I'm not going through a surgery unless it's necessary so I've really changed my mind about that part, but I still wait for the day that the BF is disgusted by it.

My breasts are probably the right size for my body type, and for that, I'm grateful. I used to wish they were larger, but now I think I wish for them to be gone as much as I wish for them to be bigger. Some days I just don't want boobs. But most days I really like them.

I don't want to offend anyone who picks this choice but I'd like to know what makes breasts be "too perky." Is it just how the tissue sits? When I hear "perky" I think it's a good thing, but people are welcome to (re-)educate me.
