I was reading something that said women wash themselves too much. I'm a bit of a clean freak even when it comes to my body, so it got me thinking what do other women do to clean up down there?
How do you take care of your lady bits?

Shower I wash with soap once a day, or more if I happen to shower more than once. Then before/after sex I try to just wipe down with just a wet washcloth (no soap).
I never bought into the feminine soap idea UNTIL one of the major makers had a promotion and I ended up with a free bottle in the mail. I must admit I loved it! It was so much more gentle than a regular soap, and it really made me feel clean all day. I will more than likely buy a new bottle.

I just do the regular bath gel daily. Then, if I'm getting waxed, or if there is any sexual play, I usually use a moist towelette to clean off with.

I clean with warm water when I shower, but I've recently been using vaginal cleansing wipes just to keep everything fresh during the day; it's been great! I feel so much cleaner throughout the day, especially after sex.

Inside, nothing. I prescribe to the idea that's asking for a yeast infection, messing up your pH levels. Even the "pH balanced" stuff for washing I don't trust, but maybe I'm just sensitive. Stuff gets weird down there if I even spray perfume too close to the bits. Inner thigh is the closest I get with that.
Warm water in the shower. Unscented bath gel but outside stuff only, never inside. After sex, diaper wipes for the outer stuff or during the day too, if things need some maintenance. Especially during period stuff, diaper wipes are a must to keep things clean.
