Everyone above me is right. There are issues with STIs/STDs and any bodily fluid. The most obvious being genital excretions that have infections getting into open cuts in the mouth(even tiny ones that you can't tell are there). It is just as likely to happen no matter the sex of the individuals involved.

Also it's better not to swallow male of female cum if your partner(s) haven't been tested for STIs/STDs! Otherwise, as everyone said, swallowing either isn't bad at all!
