Yea, if they vibrate, there's a warning for pregnant women. I don't know for sure what the side effects would be, but they have to put it on there just like the "novelty only" BS. I guess if you are worried, dildos may be best or look into what the possible side effects/damages of using vibes during pregnancy could be and then decide.
