Are you Pro-choice?

Tough subject. I'm all for it being legal because women would go out to get abortions either way, it's just safer in a hospital than the "back alley with a coat hanger" method. I wouldn't not personally seek one out unless my or the baby's life was in danger, though that doesn't mean it's the case for everyone.

Well, the problem there is that there are ALREADY an excessive amount of children in the foster/adoption system, and many of them will never be adopted for one reason or another. Putting more in the system won't exactly help anything :\

I think it's like adultery--immoral under most circumstances, but there shouldn't be any laws regulating it.

Yes, when it's early enough to abort, not late term. Good point there adding that in as a vote option, btw novanilla. I also think the father should have a say.

Late term rubs me the wrong way but yes, other than that.

Yes! Been there, done that had to make that decision myself but also want to add 35 years later I still wonder if I copped out. My decision at the time was a sound one for many reasons. Still now that I'm beyond that age and can't I wonder now about that choice.

I am 100% pro-choice, but I just hate it that certain women neglect proper birth control and end up with multiple abortions.

While I would never get an abortion unless the fetus was deformed and not viable I would never tell a woman she could not have one. I am against late term abortion, however. I am quite willing to step in with financial help for the baby after it is born. I do believe that if you deny a woman the ability to have an abortion you should accept responsibility for the baby after it is born. It's the only moral thing to do...and I don't mean assuming that the government will take over and care for the child. You want abortion to be illegal put your money where your morals are!

I'm technically pro-choice in general, but I was pro-life for myself. I feel that there should be lots of hoops and restrictions first though. No late term abortions unless the mother will die due to pregnancy.
