VAginal thrusting can stroke the anal muscels leading to a restarting or increase of the peristaltic reflex (process) which can ease constipation provided you are not also dehydrated. Anal sex can do this for some people as well as abdominal exercizes. All three work for me as well as drinking whole milk as I have a mild lactose intolerance.
I take a fiber supplement everyday and have to drink plenty of liquids to keep regular because my bowels are really grouchy. Unless you are in pain or haven't had a movement in a week or more I wouldn't worry...exercise can help the best of all the solutions. The more your abdominal muscles work the better off you'll be.
