Sensitive breasts!

Ok ladies, need some advice here!

I am 23 years old and have extremely sensitive breasts especially around the nipple area. This has never been a problem in the past, wearing a bra doesn't hurt, I've been fitted to make sure that this is not presenting the issue, the only time they hurt is when they are touched or played with, and in the past I've never worried about it, but then I met my boyfriend.

He LOVES to play with my breasts, he calls himself "a boob kinda guy" and he constantly wants to touch them, squeeze them, lick them, etc., as a turn on during foreplay and even during sex.

The problem is, it's usually very painful!

I am wondering if there are any products out there you ladies might be able to recommend to me to use, to decrease sensitivity, or something numbing that might help in this situation? Or any advice at all?

He has been very respectful of the fact that it is painful for me, but I feel bad because I know that this is one thing he really loves and I want to make sure that he enjoys himself in the bedroom just as much as I do

Also, I'll add, I've seen a physician for this, my breasts are healthy and have clear ducts, nothing wrong with them at all, no cysts or spots that show up on a mammogram. They're just naturally sensitive.

I have the opposite problem! My girlfriend loves boobs, but I have no sensation in them!

My suggestion is to put your hands on his hands and show him the kind of pressure you find enjoyable/tolerable. Hopefully he will be more understanding than my girlfriend, haha.

I would suggest going to your OB/GYN or your PCP and ask them. You might have an infection or something that's bothering your breasts.

My wife had very sensitive breasts - especially PMS. After starting on a progesterone cream the sensitivity normalized.

Good luck.

Thanks so much for the suggestion Gunsmoke, I'll have to talk to my physician about this!

See, the thing is, I don't really like them to be touched at all, even the gentlest of touches can be painful to me unless it is with toys that are very soft or furry, it hurts I think most women I've spoken to are the opposite as with your statement, of little or no sensation.

Well, it has been this way since I've begun developing, and as I have gotten older they've become more and more sensitive. Originally my GYN was concerned because even during a routine breast exam, having her touch them to check for lumps and such was painful, which is why at the age of 20 I had my first mammogram, they are fully healthy as far as a medical standpoint, just highly sensitive :/ which as I said was never an issue for me, but now, I really want to fix this :'(
