My wife does not change her routine. She showers once per day - unless we have some especially messy sex - then she pops into the shower to rinse off.

Once a day like normal - although I will shower twice a day (every day) if I'm in a relationship.
But I use a menstral cup, so there isn't any nasties that warrant needing a shower more often during a period.
I will often use wipes throughout the day (again every day - not just during period) just to freshen up. I like feeling clean!

i bathe in the morning as usual. plus i especially prefer to bathe in the morning when on my period b/c i feel cleaner when i leave the house.

I don't really change anything. I typically bathe once a day (in the summer, regardless of my period),when we have sex and have become particularly messy, then sure, we will rinse off, but for the most part I see no need to bathe more often (unless of course it is winter, we live in Alaska, then we soak to get warm, sometimes twice a day).

I really don't change my bathing habits when I'm on my period unless I feel very gross, which is a given during my period. If I feel gross or have gotten gross (sweaty, dirty, whatever) I will bathe twice, but I usually only bathe once a day.

I shower twice a day but I only wash my hair once. I have colored hair and I hate shampooing more than I need to. I just feel gross when I'm bleeding and I cannot go to bed without showering again.

I usually shower once or twice a day, depending if my hair or face feels greasy or grimey or not. Typically, on my period, I feel ickier than usual. Living in a relatively warm climate, being on my period makes the humidity and warmer temperatures a bit more sticky and gross, so, like SecretToyLover, I like to have my shower in the morning and also one at night.

Sometimes its heavier then normal, so you may feel the need to shower more, but I love the wipes, I carry them with my tampons when my period hits. They are awesome, keep the smell fresh, and are much easier to clean with then toilet tissue. As long as you use the products like you are supposed to, then there shouldn't be too big of a problem. I like to use the wipes after sex unless it is really messy, in which case, my man and I will hop in and clean up even if we've already showered that day.
