I used to sleep with one on all the time. It was so common for me that not wearing one made it impossible for me to fall asleep. That said, it drove my husband crazy, so over the years I've learned to go without.

I'm too small to need support. Bras for me are about covering nipples in the workplace and they are not comfortable enough to sleep in.

I absolutely can't sleep with a bra on. It's very uncomfortable for me. Even when I accidentally fall asleep while wearing my bra, I eventually wake up in the middle of the night and take it off.

Typically, no I don't sleep in a bra. It feels too restrictive.
When I was pregnant though, my breasts were always achy if they weren't supported near the end of my pregnancy. I got a light weight sleep bra from a maternity store that was awesome while I needed it.

I find bras good for only one thing... pushing my boobies up to be shown off. Otherwise, I think of my bra like a cage. I wear proper fitting bras, but I just find them so uncomfortable that the thought of wearing them to bed makes me uncomfortable.
