I live as much as my life without a bra as possible.

I generally sleep with my bra on due to roommate living, but alone I generally don't.

Only sports bras, and not all the time. Regular bras are way too uncomfortable!

I know my niece does (sadly this is because I was her foster sister for a few months one year and she happened to have told us -_-) but I can't. I will hurt something awful if I sleep with a bra on.

It's very uncomfortable for me. I wear a bra as little as possible, honestly. It's best for your breasts, and they will be less likely to sag later!

I Never wear a bra to bed. It's so uncomfortable for me.

When there are other people around, I'll wear a sports bra to sleep.

But my breasts are so little anyways you can hardly tell if i'm even wearing one. I just don't like the thought of people being able to see my nipples.

I can't. My breasts get tired of my bra if I keep it on for the day - they'd kill me if I kept it on at night.

I don't usually wear one at home. Only if I go out then I wear one.

I tried wearing one to sleep in, but found it uncomfortable. I may try one of the genie type bras sometime.

I sleep with a light cotton "training" type bra - it gives me the comfort of being contained, and the benefit of better blood flow.

I'm personally more comfortable when I'm not wearing a bra. Not that I have anything immense to support.

I do unless we've had sex or I've just gotten out of the shower before bed.

when i was in middle and high school, i used to always wear my regular bra, but now i cant imagine doing that. Then eventually i was wearing sports bras to bed, but now no bra, ever.

I always have. Sports bras are better for obvious reasons. Pajamas are too warm for me, and I've never thought twice about wearing my bra to bed. A good fit is important too! I'm a 34A, so in my case there isn't really much being held up, so a bra is no more noticeable than a t-shirt.

Others mentioned the link to bras and cancer. This myth started in the 90's and has since been debunked by the medical community, but the idea is that a bra with an underwire presses on the skin beneath our breasts, and cuts off some flow of the lymphatic system, and allows build up of toxins, et cetera, because our breasts were meant to move instead of being restricted. But there is no strong link between underwire and cancer, so the only reason to not wear a bra to bed is your preference.

I always sleep with my bra on. I can't sleep without one, otherwise I feel strange. The only time I can sleep without one is after a fun night or I'm just exhausted from the day.

I simply cannot sleep with a bra on, I only own underwires that support me. Instead, I separate my breasts with a blanket,(both between and under them)so much more comfortable.

I always sleep with a bra on. I am rather large chested, a 44F and if they aren't supported it's really uncomfortable and sometimes painful
