Too lubricated? What to do?

Contributor: KoiKana KoiKana
Most of my life I've had issues with not being able to get lubricated enough. I'd get excited... but no lubrication, or very little.

My current Man & I actually dated before, and during that time, I usually had to use lube or tough it out until intercourse started for me to get comfortably lubricated (an issue since he's a big boy in the equipment department) we broke up, now a couple years later we're back together, and now I'm a flipping waterfall.

While back then I would have loved to have this issue, I am experiencing a DRASTIC decrease in sensation. There are no medications that are different that could be causing this, we don't use condoms (I've got my tubes tied, so no birth control) I'm eating better and have gained weight, that's about the only differences. (Eating better didn't cause me to gain weight, I'm eating better BECAUSE I gained weight... I'm obese... if that has ANYTHING to do with anything.)

With not ENOUGH lube, you can apply some. I really don't want to have to continuously wipe it away. I haven't spoken to him about it yet, but I think he's enjoying it less now too. Which is sad, because we're both a lot better in bed now... more willing to explore each other's fantasies.

And I'm NOT loose, so not feeling him except when he hits my cervix SUCKS. There is no friction.

Any ideas? Someone suggested to me to use a vaginal tightening gel...

What an interesting problem! You could try getting a nice G spot toy that will let you work off some of the lubrication then try PIV sex after. This works for me as I have something of a similar problem. One of my guys is circumcised and loved friction and the other is uncircumcised so he likes lots of lubrication. Without getting into too much info using a dildo before having sex with my circmcised guy sort of dries me up a bit and alloows for some friction.

You could also try slower penetration in some positions that are known to be a bit drying for most women (like doggy style).
If you'd like to try some vaginal tightening then a good set of Ben Wa Balls would help you there...and could add some texture to your sex if it wouldn't irritate your cervix too much. I hesitate to advise someone to use a chemical to do what exercise can do better.

It sounds like you are more relaxed and much more aroused with him now and you're seeing your body say "YES YES!!" Try some new positions that wil add some different sensations to add to what little friction you have and enjoy the ride!

Sex in the shower might help as well come to think about it. His natural in and out motion will reduce some of the lubrication and the water would sluice it away. Don't try to have PIV sex in a tub or pool though since it could force water deep inside you causing pain and possible yeast/bacterial infection. I know many couples love bathtub, hot tub, or pool sex but it actually is quite dangerous especially if you are pregnant.

I hope any of this helps and I wish you both the best of luck!
