I'm new to vaginal exercisers but I would like to get my first set. I have a problem with pelvic pain and frequent urination so I'm hoping this will help. Which system is best?

which system provides comfort, ease of use and which is most effective? This will be my first set so I would like one that allows me to move up. I would also like the option to not out grow it too quickly. Which would you suggest?

I voted Luna pleasure bead system because it's the only one I've got and I find the balls easy to insert and remove, and effective while inside.

The only set I've tried is the Luna, but I've been extremely satisfied with it. I find it very easy to use, and easy to switch up the amount of weight used.

Have you checked out the Jopen Intensity? It's a little different but I was thinking it might be good because it's inflatable which will let you adjust the width every time you use it.

I'm personally stoked about it. It is expensive, yes, but I've heard amazing things about it and am saving up to eventually use my points for it.

The Lelo System all the way. I love my Lelo balls, easy to use comfortable to wear and they produce way more movement then the Ami. The Ami is prettier but far less functional. My roommate has the Ami and wishes she'd gotten the Lelo beads instead. She says the cord on the Ami is too firm and the weights in the Ami don't move very much like the Lelo beads do.
