I know how you feel. My mother and I have always been similar in build (broad shoulders, wide hips, thick thighs, etc), and she would constantly talk about how she used to be thin and beautiful. Hearing my mother bash her body when it was so similar to mine led to serious self esteem and self image issues, like I couldn't be beautiful UNLESS I was thin.

Other than that I'm self-conscious about my teeth and birth marks. My teeth ... more
Weird. I like small breasts (I had a breast reduction), birthmarks (the birthmark at the top of the back of my right leg is visible in all my reviews), and super pale skin (I avoid sunlight at all costs). Also, really white teeth look creepy and I go out of my way to NOT use whitening products.

Belly, butt, and arms are a little flabby. But at least that can be fixed with a little exercise.

Whilst I am definitely more comfortable in my body than I was some time ago, my belly and thighs definitely get me every now and then. I'm proud of who I am though and I love my body, so the times I get insecure are thankfully not consuming who I am.

Breasts are the biggest one for me. I really dislike so much about them
Otherwise, I'm not happy with my belly or thighs either, but at least with diet and exercise I'm beginning to improve those areas! I just wish ma boobies were the same!

Belly and "other". I'm overweight and I wish my stomach weren't as large. I am okay with having thick thighs and larger breasts but I just can't get over my gut. I also have some SH scars I am insecure about.

Thighs. I'm generally okay with my upper body. I have a small waist and petite breasts... But then when it comes to my thighs and butt... They're disproportionally bigger. If I could change any one part of my body, it would be my thighs, making them more toned rather than huge and flabby.

I'm very self-conscious of my proportions in general. Mathematically, it's golden. 32-26-32...long, slender legs, long slender arms and fingers. But I have a short torso and my head looks a little large for my body. Not like freakishly bobble-headed or anything, just...a little big.

I'm also self-conscious about my skin and my smile. Other than that, I'm pretty happy!
