I don't use anything but water and goat's milk soap (don't knock it 'till you try it. ).

I have had countless UTI's from "perfumey" products and been diagnosed with BV twice now for who knows why, so I stay away from anything that suds up...Dove body wash is extreamly gentle and soap free so its generally what I use down there a few times a week but dont over do it with washing because that is known to cause problems also just water is a good cleanser otherwise!
