Hmm... well I have a huge box under the bed I stick all my toys in.. however, my mother knows about it. Point is, I don't think she would look under my bed even if she didn't know where they were. Question: Why does your mom search your room??

Start gluing the pages together, when it dries and when you get the book down to some turning pages in the front and a few in back and the rest a solid mass, take a strong sharp cutting tool and make a stash box IN the middle of the book. That way you will have a little box, that looks like a book on your shelf.
In the Old Days we used to store our stash this way, but if your toy isn't too big, you could put that in there.
Good titles would be Advanced Engineering Mathematics, The History of Adhesives, Evolution of the Alan Wrench, Great British Recipes, Peterson's Guide to Fish in the Midwest etc.
Good luck. Make sure the glue is completely DRY before you try to store anything in your book. Sobo glue is a good one to use, as it is less likely to warp the pages, but any good glue for paper will do.

My Mom never snooped and I've already told my daughter that when she is ready to try a toy, to just let me know and I would help her pick one. I'm sorry that you don't have any privacy. You deserve the right to explore your sexuality somewhere you feel safe, and that 'should' be in the privacy of your own bedroom.

I'm in a similar situation except unless my mom really needs something and I'm not there, she will go ahead and look for it and most likely won't come close to my toys. But nevertheless makes me nervous as hell. Anyway, I would suggest stashing it in a pillow case with a flat pillow and laying that either behind your bed or maybe under if you could. Or under a bookcase/drawer that can't be seen from an upright position.

You could hide it under your mattress. I used to hide it inside a sock in my sock drawer. I dont put my socks together so everything was scattered so it blended right in. The obvious places to hide things are in an underwear drawer or the bottom drawer of your dresser. so maybe if you have a hoodie in your closet you can put it in the pouch of the hoodie. be creative.

That really sucks sweetie, i agree you need to get yourself a lockable box for the first few weeks keeps letters, cute little things in there but locked. If your mom comes across it and wants to know whats in it tell her personal things. Keep trying to avoid opening the box or telling her whats in there once she gets really nosy open it up and show her, that is letter or what ever you want to but in there just make sure its not something she will want to look at again. Then put your sex toys in it hopefully she will not be curious about it no more.

whe i was living at home, i hid my vibrators in a cloth bag at the back of one of my unused drawers. My mom never snooped in my room- but i think that you mom shouldn't be, and she should be respeting your privacy.
My sister did buy a toolbox with a combo lock on it, to prevent her snooping sister haha, or anyone else finding them... and i did one day, avccidently before she had a lock. haha. they work well.

In all seriousness, my boyfriend and I keep his toys in his room. His mom's old so she doesn't come up the stairs much. But just to be safe, we keep it in a box in his closet. He also has a small safe (not a "toy" designated safe, just a regular money safe) that we put my clothes and certain toys in. A non-specific safe would be cheaper and less conspicuous.
I agree with the above posts though--if you don't want to talk about the vibrator (which can be akward in our society), talk about privacy rights. When does your mom have privacy? Does she get on you about walking into her room withotu knocking? What if you both make a commitment to each other to give more space?
