Sometimes you pay for convenience because you don't have the time to put something together/build it yourself. other times you pay for quality. it's hard to find great quality under 30$, but I believe it's out there.

Currently, I'm using a guideline of $30-$40 or less.

I am a college student so frugal is my middle name practically.
Inexpensive to me depends mostly on the quality of the item. If I really really want it, and its a big ticket item I will put it in the wish list and save and build up Eden points. But if I don't know a whole lot about the product, or there aren't a ton of reviews on it the most I'm willing to spend is 30. If it doesn't work out well....at least I know what i don't like in a toy.

$20 and under. Anything over $20 is pushing it for me. I'm cheap! But I try to get a bargaiin. It's just as bad to waste $20 on a peice of crap toy as it is to drop $70 on one that's not worth the money!
