Anal, but I'm not sure that I'd really consider that to be a kink anymore. Bondage with ropes and S&W handcuffs would probably still be called kinky as would getting pegged by a female with a strap-on.

I guess it depends on who you ask and where in the country you are. I know that some of the older generation wouldn't approve of Anal, then again these are mostly highly religious people with conservative values.

I think it is more mainstream then kink, certainly now, however for me it was anal penetration. My first lover was very gentle and experienced at anal play and he introduced me to anal penetration long before vaginal penetration. (No worries about pregnancy...which was the "big" worry back then in the simple old days). He was so good at it that he turned me into quite the fan.
