Hey and thanks for the warm welcome. I was wondering exactly which product should a virgin start with? should the material be simple, like glass, or safer like sillicon? Does "beginner" actually work with people like me, or does "beginner" typically imply to the first toy useage?

Depends on what you want, what's important to you, and your price point.

External/clitoral toys or internal/vaginal toys?
I know some good toys, but if you can tell me what you're willing to spend, and how strong you think you'll need it, then I may be able to point you in the right direction.

Well I'm not too worried about price. I guess something within the $30-$65 range? ( I don't expect toys to be cheap ; ) )
I want to try internally first. I know I am also a bit sensitive, generally speaking. Any suggestions?
