I think it's fantastic. I have found that if I ease off on the pressure at the wrong moment, I lose ground toward the end goal, and sometimes a tiring arm causes an accidental lose of pressure, so I've devised a way to press pause, so to speak, by slipping a paper towel tube over the external end in order to change the angle for my arm, thus eliminating the fatigue problem while still keeping pressure on the g-spot. I tucked fabric into the end of the cardboard roll, to protect the wand from scratches. Of course, this is probably not necessary if you can switch arms without any trouble, but this came about while my arm was in a cast.

Yes! Rocking up and down, slight wiggling movements, muscle clenching, and using the cantilever action of the U shape to press down on the perineum while pressing up on the G Spot are all suggested.

Bought one a month ago. Used it twice so far and am trying to figure out when I can use it again. It’s such a great tool, it’s not a toy. The larger side lets you know it is the boss.
