I bruise my cervix sometimes as well. And while I have never had back pain due to sex, I know someone else who has had it. They generally had back problems to begin with, though.

i have lower back pain all the time but ive learned certain positions cause it to hurt more.. reverse cowgirl is the one that hurts the most so we only do that sometimes. we just had to become more creative which i love.
