For me, anal, and I still consider myself a newbie. I've never had a problem with deepthroating, it was really easy for me to mentally overcome the gag reflex. With the anus, it's naturally already very tight, so trying to consciously relax those muscles during sexy time is quite a challenge for me, haha.
